Design and Reference Guide: Workspaces

Workspaces is a framework for building software using software, creating a robust environment for developing products on the platform. Workspaces provide an isolated environment in which solution developers and creators can develop multiple solutions to solve complex business processes. 

Workspaces 8.2:

  • Created new content and added new topics to the Design and Reference guide in PDF and HTML on Data Containerization & Workspace Substitution Variables.
  • Created new content and updated existing content on Dynamic Variables within Extensible Documents (XF Docs) in the Design and Reference guide in PDF and HTML.
  • Added new topics to the Enhancing Task Activity (Add Cube View Paging in Excel & Spreadsheet) in the Design and Reference guide in PDF and HTML.
  • Creating content for Workspace Refinement items (carrying over items from 7.4 and forward).
  • Create and collaborated with other platform writers on 8.2 release notes.

Workspaces 8.1:

  • Create and edit Data Management to Workspaces guide (Groups, Remove profiles from UI and Security).
  • Create content for Business Rules that do not encrypt with certain foreign culture codes
  • Create content for new feature of Enhancing Task Activity is (the ability to cancel a cube view in task activity) in multiple parts of the software and guide.
  • Creating content for Workspace Refinement items (carrying over items from 7.3 and forward).
  • Create and collaborated with other platform writers on 8.1 release notes.

Solutions:

OneStream Financial Close: A set of solutions encompassing the financial close process for users, administrators, and additional stakeholders.

OFC PV710 SV200:

  • Updates to the account group detail item support (Balance Check and TXM Integration).
  • Updates to Release Notes for OFC PV710 SV200.
